Cancellation Policy

Refund for any cancellation 48 hours in advance.
No refund for no shows; the boat will leave promptly at the departure time.
The captain and crew reserve the right to cancel the cruise if the weather is not safe. If this occurs, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
If the cruise needs to be cut short due to weather, no refund will be issued.
The boat must have a minimum of 20 passengers to depart. If the boat doesn’t have enough passengers, we will add you to the next available trip or give you the option to reschedule.
If the weather does not cooperate and we determine it is not safe to operate, we will offer a chance to reschedule or a full refund.
Weather cancellations will be determined by the boat captain.
Any cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be given a full refund. Please call or email to cancel and make a refund request. Refunds can take anywhere from 3-7 days to show in your account.
If you no-show for your scheduled trip, refunds will not be given. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
Sandy Bottom Boat Tours are weather-sensitive. We always try to update you as soon as possible if there are any changes to your reservation.
Please realize conditions on the water can change very quickly. If our captain feels he cannot safely operate, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule.
